General terms that apply to enquiries and transactions with Bingo Procurement Services.

1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries and quotation requests you make to Bingo Procurement Services (“BPS”). Each transaction is also governed by the specific quotation, purchase order or contract agreed for it.
2. Quotation enquiries
Submitting a quote request, contact form, email or WhatsApp message is an enquiry only. It does not create an order or an obligation on either side. An order exists only when a quotation has been accepted in writing by the client and confirmed by BPS.
3. Product specifications
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate specifications, quantities and delivery details. BPS sources products to the specification agreed in the quotation. Product descriptions and photographs on this website are for general information; photographs are representative of a product type and may not show the exact item supplied.
4. Availability
BPS sources products according to client requirements. A product appearing on this website does not mean it is held in stock or is available at any particular time. Availability and lead times are confirmed in each quotation.
5. Pricing
Prices are quoted per requirement and depend on the project or order size, duration and value, the client’s budget, the sourcing route, delivery, and prevailing exchange rates. Because prices can change with movements in the Malawi Kwacha, quotations are valid only for the period they state. BPS is open to discussing final prices with procuring entities. 6. Payment terms
The BPS company profile describes the following general payment arrangements. The terms that apply to any transaction are those stated in its quotation or contract.
- 30 days: many transactions fall into this category.
- 50% advance, balance on delivery: typically for international and high-value orders.
Credit terms are offered at BPS’s discretion and are not automatically available for every transaction or client. [Legal review required: late payment, ownership of goods until payment, and dispute procedure.]
7. Delivery
Delivery location, timeframe and responsibilities are set out in each quotation. Estimated lead times depend on suppliers, transporters, shipping schedules and customs processes, and are estimates unless a quotation states otherwise. [Legal review required: risk transfer, inspection on delivery and claims for shortages or damage.]
8. Third-party logistics and clearing
Transport, shipping and customs clearing may be carried out by third parties such as shipping lines, transporters and licensed clearing agents, coordinated by BPS. Those services may be subject to the third parties’ own terms. [Legal review required: allocation of liability for third-party delays, loss or damage.]
9. Service engagements
Consultancy, outsourced procurement, project procurement, auditing and training engagements are priced and scoped individually, by negotiation according to the size, duration and value of the work. The scope, deliverables, reporting and fees are agreed in writing before work starts.
10. Limitation of liability

11. Website use
