How we work

The usual path of an engagement. Each one is agreed individually, so steps may be combined or adjusted to suit your requirement.

  1. You send your requirement

    Share what you need, the quantities, specifications, delivery location and timeframe, by form, email, phone or WhatsApp.

  2. We review the specification

    BPS reviews the specifications and decides with you whether local or international sourcing suits the requirement.

  3. Suppliers and options are evaluated

    Suitable suppliers are identified and their offers compared on price, specification and lead time.

  4. You receive a quotation

    We send a quotation with the applicable payment and delivery terms for your decision.

  5. Procurement and logistics begin

    Once you approve, BPS coordinates purchasing, transport and, where needed, clearing through agents.

  6. Delivery and reporting

Bingo Procurement Services (BPS) was founded to advance procurement services and provide seamless supply chain solutions for companies and organisations in Malawi and across its borders.

We source both locally and offshore. Locally, we compare prices from several suppliers so clients obtain value for money. Internationally, we work with a network of suppliers we know to be genuine, and we profile suppliers before clients rely on them.

BPS is owned and managed by Kingsley S. Mponda, a supply chain specialist with more than 23 years of experience in logistics, sales and procurement.
